Mini-therapies are created by our partners - mental health professionals and practitioners with experience ranging as far as 10-15 years. They specialize in different areas like adolescent psychology, family psychology, etc. Together, we are creating MTs for every discomfort there is.

Research Driven
Everybody's mental health looks different and we make sure our mini-therapies reflect that. We pay special attention to user requests and our mini-therapies are tailor-made to fit them. MTs are created by our partners using evidence-based techniques like affirmations, guided journaling, grounding techniques, etc.
