with the way mental healthcare works today. and with the map, we intend to solve all of them one day not very far

1. you don’t know what or how you feel most of the time

2. you probably know how you feel but don't know what to do about it

3. there’s always a lot going on on your mind but you can’t make out what

4. you don’t know what mental health means for you yet — what possibilities can it hold?

5. you know mental health is important but don’t know where or how to start

6. you tried meditation and it - sort of, maybe - helps but you need something that’s more.. effective

7. you tried bots & apps but they just don't seem to understand

8. you wish, like a billion others, that you could afford therapy

9. you’re taking therapy and it’s helping but all kinds of things happen in the remaining 6 days and 23 hours and 10 minutes

10. you feel like you’ve a new issue to attend (or avoid) every single day

11. there are moments when you feel like you need help right f**ing now but there’s nothing you can do about it

12. social media advice confuses you more than it helps you and you are not just looking for some random advice

13. you think mental health is so obvious yet nobody seems to understand it very well — your family or your company or anyone you’ve met

14. you don’t know if your mental health is good or bad or worse or what? and you probably think it’s good because what if it's not? where would you go? what would you do? *more anxiety creeps in*

15. you may not know what works for you but you do wish that most of these apps were tailored to you and your issues

16. there are about 10,000+ mental health apps out there but you just want one that helps

17. most apps put so much pressure of doing things daily or consistently. it makes you more anxious, you question shouldn’t consistency mean differently for different people?

18. you have spent more time finding the right app than actually using it

19. though your school, college or company does provide some support but.. it's not enough

20. you wish if only people understood the difference between sadness and depression

21. you want to learn more about your mental health and how you are doing. you want insights about yourself. you are sick of streaks and feelings chart

22. not finding the right help makes you feel even more anxious about your anxiety

23. you want the flexibility to work on yourself anytime and about anything

24. you don’t know how to stay accountable for working on your mental health

25. the ultimate job of any mental health app should not be to stick around but to never needing one (for good reasons, unlike right now)

26. the ‘me’ in mental health should be the only focus

27. the best form of help is not meditation, journaling, CBT, talking to someone, yoga, or netflix & chill — the best form of help is what works for you
